PSYCHOTHERAPY

Individual Psychotherapy

Using different modalities, individual psychotherapy can help one identify obstacles or challenges, target goals for change and determine course of action. In this approach, a therapeutic relationship can be built and provides the space to explore thoughts, feelings, and beliefs in a safe and confidential setting. Using talk therapy and motivational interviewing, people can sometimes feel a sense of relief, simply from being heard and understood. This might be as far as you would like to go with your personal counseling path. However, this is usually just the beginning of what is possible. When appropriate, I encourage clients to use this experience to build on, whether in treatment with me or in onto more specific care needs. In short, we can help you determine how to move forward and get back to living your life.

R-EMDR

Relational Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (R-EMDR) psychotherapy is the primary modality I use in my private practice. However, meeting you where you are and determining our best course is my first priority. I draw from psychodynamic, transpersonal and humanistic psychology as well as other schools of thought to understand your holistic experience.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

Do you feel like you’ve tried it all? Do you wish to go deeper, breakthrough your felt sense of “stuck?” Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a powerful psychedelic modality that I use in my practice in partnership with an organization called Journey Clinical. KAP is a holistic modality in which Ketamine is used as a compliment to psychotherapy to help eligible clients challenge their inner roadblocks and experience long lasting improvement in their symptoms.
If you are interested in pursuing KAP, please ask for further details.
