Jennifer graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications before going on to complete her Masters in Social Work at Monmouth University. After working in the private sector in community relations, Jennifer felt compelled to pivot towards human services and teaching after seeing mental health needs across the United States. Her clinical experience began as a youth counselor in juvenile diversion facilities and in dual diagnosis, trauma and addiction treatment programs. After becoming licensed in 2000, Jennifer has worked in private and public settings such as hospitals, treatment centers, private practices and in family preservation and therapeutic foster care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
